Flash Flood Watch in Effect for Central New York
The National Weather Service out of Binghamton has issued a Flash Flood Watch for much of Central New York.
Due to heavy rainfall expected for most of this week, many areas may experience flash flooding.
Northern Oneida, Onondaga, Madison and Southern Oneida counties are under the watch and this watch is in effect from Tuesday of this week to Sunday.
