Over 2,400 counties, cities, towns and school districts across the state have filed their 2013 property tax cap reports.

State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli says 18% of those entities plan to override the state's two-percent property tax cap this year.

DiNapoli says last year, that number was nearly 15%.
