LutheranCare Donates to Local Food Bank

Clinton, NY (WIBX) - Employees of LutheranCare  donated over 224 pounds of food to the Greater Utica Community Food Resource during the Sodexo Foundation’s Helping Hands Food Drive to benefit people in need in our community.

Cindy Caggiano, General Manager of Dining & Nutrition Services at LutheranCare coordinated the food drive, saying  “Particularly at this time of year, hunger is felt more sharply and the need is much greater.  This donation from our employees will help a great deal.”

LutheranCare employees were asked to donate non-perishable food items at drop off areas around the campus.
