Marcy Man Arrested On Domestic Violence Charges

A Marcy man has been arrested after an investigation into a physical domestic violence incident that happened on September 30.

Police say 44 year old Matthew Scialdone has been charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Scialdone is scheduled to appear in court on a later date, and the investigation is continuing.
