No More Loose Green Waste In Utica

Utica, NY (WIBX) - If you live in Utica, you now have to put your green waste in a container for pickup.

DPW crews have been picking up loose green waste for seven weeks instead of the usual two-week pickup period.

Residents may place their waste in up to five individual containers not weighing more than 50 pounds each.

Those who continue to put loose green waste by the curb risk being fined $250.
