Should People Be Able to Use the Bathrooms Corresponding to the Sex with Which They Identify?

Legislation - and proposed legislation - throughout the country mandating which bathrooms people should use is attracting response from around the country.Now private companies and retailers are responding to legislative actionby states that would require individuals to use the bathroom which corresponds to a person's assigned sex at birth rather that that of the sex with which he or she identifies.

Do you agree that this should be the case?  Should people be able to use whichever bathroom they want or should that choice be restricted to the person's assigned sex at birth?
