Syracuse Area Couple Arrested On Child Porn Charges

A Syracuse area couple has been arrested on Child Porn charges following the execution of search warrants by the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

As a result of the search warrants at apartments in Liverpool and Phoenix, electronic devices were seized from both locations.

State Police arrested 35-year-old Michelle Brown of Liverpool and 36-year-old Tye Hughes of Phoenix.

Both are facing several felony counts including Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child.

The investigation was initiated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in conjunction with the State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
