Utica’s 9/11 Ceremony Held On The Parkway [VIDEO]

Utica's 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony was held at the 9/11 Memorial Monument on the Parkway.

Mayor Robert Palmieri placed a wreath on the monument and family members of 9/11 victims laid roses in memory of their lost loved ones.

And the names of the New York City firefighters and police officers who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001 were read.
