Boilermaker

Among the thousands of runners who crossed the finish at Sunday's Boilermaker 15K Road Race in Utica was a 68-year-old man from New Paltz, NY who just took up the sport of running a few years ago.

With the 2015 Boilermaker in the books, race officials held their post-race news conference today.

If you're planning on running in wither the Boilermaker 15K or 5K, there will be shuttles available.

It's the official kick-off to 2015 Boilermaker weekend.

Does the state owe you money?

Race officials are asking the general public to keep their drones grounded on Boilermaker Sunday.

The Boilermaker will be using a sweep bus procedure to transport runners who are not able to finish the 15K race in the allotted time.

Runners participating in the Boilermaker 5K race will have an easier time getting to the starting line this year.

First News with Keeler in the Morning on WIBX has the last Boilermaker bib and we're awarding one person with free registration for this year's race.  The winner can use the bib for either the 5K or the 15K race on July 12th.
