Utica, NY (WIBX) - The Utica Common Council has been examining Mayor Palmieri's city budget over the last few weeks, now the council is suggesting deeper cuts to police and fire departments.

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Although no official paper work has been filed, according to sources at the Utica Police Department, the Police Benevolent Association is preparing to take legal action against the Utica Phoenix, after the weekly newspaper released an edited version of a police dash-cam video, that seems to show an officer planting drug evidence during a traffic stop.
