Whittemore Indicted In Kogut Murder

Rochester, NY (WIBX) – A grand jury has indicted 21- year old Clayton Whittemore of New Hartford in the death of his girlfriend, 18-year old Alexandra Kogut.
Kogut, a freshman at SUNY Brockport, was killed in her campus dorm room in the early morning hours of September 29th.
Whittemore has been charged with one count of second-degree murder.
He faces 25 to life in prison if convicted.
Whittemore will be arraigned in Monroe County Court in Rochester at a later date.
