2nd Arrest Made In Connection With Wheelchair Handcycle Theft
The Oneida County Sheriff's Office is announcing a second arrest in connection with the theft of a wheelchair handcycle in Westmoreland.
Police arrested Danell Marshall, 21, of Rome on charges of Burglary in the second degree.
Marshall was sent to the Oneida County Jail on $25,000 bail.
