Active Shooter Drill To Be Held At Utica City Hall

The Utica Police Department will be conducting an Active Shooter Drill at Utica City Hall on Thursday from 9:00 to noon.

Residents are encouraged not to come to City Hall during that time, as no one will be allowed into the building.

City Hall will resume normal activities and usual services immediately after the drill.
