Alleged Cop Impersonator In Court

A Utica man charged with impersonating a police officer was in Utica City Court today.

23-year old Matthews Cummings is accused of using flashing lights to pull a man over on Route 12..

He's also suspected of pulling over two women.

Cummings' case was adjourned until December 23rd so he can consider a plea offer.
