BALTIMORE (AP) — The Preakness Stakes, the second leg of horse racing's Triple Crown, takes place today (6:20 p.m. Eastern) at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore with isolated thunderstorms in the forecast.
Kentucky Derby winner American Pharoah is the odds-on, 4-to-5 morning line favorite against seven other three-year-olds going a mile and three-13ths.
