Bank of America locations in the Mohawk Valley closed their doors today as they prepare to switch to ownership by Berkshire Bank.
The Bank of America on Genesee Street in Utica Closed early at noon today prompting some customers to wonder why they weren't open for the full business day.

Calls to Bank of America from WIBX were not answered, but Berkshire representatives say that Bank of America should have notified their customers of the early closing time.

All Bank of America branches in the area will re-open next week as Berkshire banks.
