Arrest Made In Olbiston Apartments Shooting

Utica Police have made an arrest in a shooting at the Olbiston Apartments on Genesee Street.

28-year old Charles Carter of Utica is facing several charges including assault, criminal use of a firearm and robbery.

Police say it's believed that more suspects were involved and more arrests are expected.

The victim of the Wednesday night shooting, 28-year old Michael Sauerhafer, is suffering from paralysis which is likely to be permanent.
