Arrest Made In Rome Stabbing

Rome Police have made an arrest in a June 19^th stabbing.

30-year old Roy Wright was arrested in the parking lot of the Stewart’s Shop on Floyd Avenue without incident.

Wright was charged with attempted murder and gang assault.

Police say Wright stabbed Lowell Ferguson-Clark on West Liberty Street.

Wright was out on bond for weapons possession charges out of Orange County.
