Rex Ryan's tenure as head coach of the Buffalo Bills begins with an impressive manhandling of a tough Indianapolis Colts team, 27-14, in the season opener at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

While he finished with two touchdowns and 243 yards, Andrew Luck was held in check most of the afternoon. The Bills defense intercepted Luck twice and sacked him twice, while holding the Colts' running game to just 64 total yards.

Buffalo took a 17-0 lead into the half and expanded it to 24-0 in the third as Boobie Dixon scored from the one-yard line.

LeSean McCoy did what he's known for - picking up huge chunks of yardage to spark an offense. 'Shady' had 41 yards on the ground to go along with three catches and 46 receiving yards.

Tyrod Taylor lead the Bills' offense on 14 of 19 for 195 yards and a 51-yard TD hookup with Percy Harvin.

The (1-0) Bills host the (1-0) Patriots at Ralph Wilson in week 2 (1:00).
