Cat Found in Bag Recovering at CNYSPCA

A cat is recovering after allegedly being abandoned in Onondaga, New York.

The cat, whose age is not known, was found earlier today in the middle of Hitchings Road.

A driver noticed the cat and called police.

The CNYSPCA reports that the cat, as of this posting, is doing moderately well.
