Clark Pleads Not Guilty In Murder Of Bianca Devins

The man Utica Police say murdered a Utica teenager was in Oneida County Court today for arraignment.

21-year old Brandon Clark of Cicero pleaded not guilty to a charge of second-degree murder in the death of 17-year old Bianca Devins.

According to prosecutors, Clark killed Devins earlier this month and then posted photos of her body online.  Clark also tried to take his own life.

Oneida County District Attorney Scott McNamara says he won't offer a plea deal to Clark and will prosecute the case to the fullest extent of the law.

Clark, who's being held in the County Jail without bail, will be back in court on September 16th for a hearing.
