Hamilton, NY (WIBX) - It was an offensive explosion at Andy Kerr Stadium on Saturday as Colgate outscored Lafayette, 65-41.

The two teams combined for 1.297 yards of total offense.

Two weeks after setting a school record 707 yards in a win over Georgetown, the Raiders rolled up 755 yards in total offense.

Quarterback Gavin McCarney ran for 288 yards on 16 carries and 3 touchdowns, while passing for 224 yards and 2 TD's

Running back Jordan McCord topped the 200-yard rushing mark as well with 203 yards on 27 carries.

McCord also scored 4 touchdowns.

Ryne Morrison caught 5 passes for 124 yards and a TD for the Raiders.

Colgate improved to 6-3 overall with its fifth straight win and 4-0 in Patriot League play.

The Raiders travel to Lehigh next Saturday.
