Utica, NY (WIBX) - Convicted sex offender, Robert Blainey, was supposed to be in court today for his scheduled hearing, but the date has been moved.

Blainey will now appear in front of Judge Donalty on Friday, to address charges including first degree murder, rape and robbery.

Police originally launched a manhunt for Blainey in October after he failed to meet with his parole officer.

The most recent charges he faces are the result of his arrest in Pennsylvania, when he was pulled over while driving a vehicle belonging to Linda Turner, owner of the Davis Motel in North Utica.
