Express Employment Professionals Opens In Landmarc Building

The newly-renovated Landmarc Building in Downtown Utica has its first official tenant.

Express Employment Professionals held its grand opening on Monday at the former HSBC Building. Owner and President John Calabrese says they're very proud to be a part of the Downtown Utica revitalization.

Calabrese says they currently have eight employees and plan to add a couple more once they get settled in.

Express Employment Professionals is leasing 2,800 square feet on the ground floor of the Landmarc Building.

The building will also house office space, loft-style apartments and a rooftop restaurant.
