Palmieri Announces Tenant For Landmarc Building [VIDEO]

Express Employment Professionals will be moving into the former HSBC building in Downtown Utica.

The announcement was made on Wednesday by Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri and John Calabrese, the President and Owner of Express Employment Professionals.

The staffing firm will be leasing 2,800 square feet on the ground floor of the newly renovated Landmarc Building.

Calabrese says there is a resurgence in Utica and they're proud to be a part of it.

The Landmarc building will be completed by the summer of 2015 and will include office space, loft style apartments and a rooftop restaurant.
