Faxton St. Luke’s Launches Online Patient Portal

Patients at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare will be able to access their medical information during and after their hospital stay with the click of a mouse.

The "My Patient Portal" allows patients and their designated family members to review health information from their stay at the hospital.

It includes medications and diagnosis at discharge, along with patient education, discharge instructions and more.

The portal was recently developed and includes patient information from July 21st to the present.
