Flags To Half Staff For Trooper Cunniff

Governor Cuomo today directed that all flags on state government buildings be flown at half-staff tomorrow December 19th in honor of Trooper David Cunniff.
Cunniff died Tuesday after suffering serious injuries in a traffic accident on the New York State Thruway on Monday night.

Cunniff, 35, is from Duanesburg, NY and is survived by his wife Amy and two sons Caleb, 6, and Zachary, 4.

He was a 9 year veteran of the State Police.
