Former Bus Aide Arrested Again
A former Birnie Bus aide who was arrested last month for inappropriately touching a developmentally disabled woman is in more trouble.
Utica Police have charged 47-year old Joseph Berg with forcible touching.
Police say Berg placed his hands underneath the shirt of a 34-year old woman in a home on the 1500 block of Elm Street.
