Former Legion Post Bartender Arrested

Whitestown, NY - 35-Year old Jeanne Zabele is being charged with after she allegedly stole over $1,600 from the 40 & 8 Voiture 92 Legion Post on Judd Road in Whitestown.

The suspect was a bartender for the veterans' organization and her arrest comes following a year and a half-long investigation by Investigator Gary Grigalus of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board, Daryll Messner (Charitable Gaming Compliance), and Sgt. Rich Zabek of the Whitestown Police Department.

Zabele is scheduled to appear in Whitestown Court at the end of the month to answer the charge.
