Whitestown Police Warn of Suspicious Junk Pickers

The Whitestown Police are warning residents to be vigilant after two young children were approached.

According to police, they received a call for a reported suspicious vehicle. They say a silver mini van with 2 female passengers were going through junk piles.

While rummaging through the junk, they asked 2 children nearby if they wanted a ride.

Whitestown Police are telling people to be aware of those junk picking in the area and to report any suspicious activity.
