Four Arrested On Drug Charges In Utica

Utica Police arrested four people on drug charges after executing a search warrant at 1303 Lincoln Avenue.

48-year old Sean Devonish of Utica, 37-year old Nicholas Smith of Rome, 33-year old Meghan Palmer of Earlville and 30-year old Amanda Bushley of Utica are each facing several charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police say Bushley was also charged with attempted robbery and prostitution in connection with an ongoing investigation into an incident that happened in January.

The incident at 1303 Lincoln Ave resulted in Shatelle Hooks being fatally shot by off-duty Albany Police officer Christofer Kitto.
