Friday Traffic Alert For Downtown Utica

Utica Police say Bleecker Street between Charlotte and Genesee Streets will be closed to traffic on Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

There will be no on street parking on Elizabeth Street between Charlotte and Genesee from 6:30 a.m until noon and the street will be closed to traffic from 9:30 a.m until Noon.

Thru traffic for parking behind Adirondack Bank will be permitted during these times.
