Fulton County Man Arrested On Rape Charge

A Fulton County man has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a girl under the age of 12 on several occasions at a home in Madison County.

State Police have charged 48-year old Steven Morey of Broadalbin is charged with rape, predatory sexual assault against a child and criminal sexual act.

Morey was arraigned in the village of Chittenango Court and sent to the Madison County Correctional Facility without bail.
