Heritage Health Care Center Guest Turns 100

A resident of the Heritage Health Care Center in Utica marked a milestone on Friday..

A birthday celebration was held for Dora Devoe, who's turning 100 years old.

Devoe, who's lived at Heritage Health Care since 2014, was born in Syracuse in 1917 and raised her family in the nearby hamlet of Fairmount.

Today's birthday celebration included a large family gathering, a cake, flowers and 100th birthday-themed decorations.
