Heroin and Crack Bust In Rome

Rome, NY (WIBX) - More than 430 bags of heroin are in the hands of police and off the streets of Rome today.

Police also seized more than an ounce of crack and $950 in cash allegedly from 30-year old Kia Robinson of Rome and 29-year old Shamel Greene of Utica.

The raid was a joint effort of the Rome Police Special Investigations Unit, Special Response Team, and the Oneida County Drug Task Force.

Both are locked up and facing charges pending an appearance in court.
