Ilion Man Charged Following Burglary Investigation

An Ilion man has been arrested following a reported burglary in progress in New Hartford.

New Hartford Police say they found 28-year old Louis Cosimeno inside a residence, allegedly removing property from the home and loading it into a vehicle.

Police say Cosimeno was familiar with the residents of the home.

He's facing charges of burglary and petty larceny.
