It’s Snowing Cats and Dogs [Video]

Winter storm Vulcan is expected to spread several inches of snow across the Northeast on Wednesday and Thursday giving fans of winter at least another week of outdoor fun.  Temperatures in Upstate New York are expected to remain in the lower 30's over the course of the next week, which means that most of what falls in this storm will be around for a while.

Meanwhile, people aren't the only ones who enjoy a good old fashioned heavy snowfall; dogs and cats seem to enjoy a little fun in the snow, as well.  Check out this YouTube video from Tiger Productions showing man's best and second best friends having fun in the snow. )
