Snooki Claims She Was Abducted By Aliens In the Hudson Valley

For years the Hudson Valley has been known as a hotspot for UFO activity. There are hundreds of stories from locals about strange flying objects across the sky.

You can add a new UFO and alien abduction story to the list. This time from the Princess of Poughkeepsie herself, Nicole Polizzi aka Snooki.

Our favorite, and local, Jersey Shore castmate was on a podcast recently where she shared that she was abducted by aliens.

Polizzi explained that when she was 13-years-old she was swimming in her pool, alone at night when she saw a UFO bouncing around the sky. The story is wild which includes communicating with the UFO, grey aliens and being tagged by the aliens.

The Hudson Valley:  A UFO Hot Spot?

As Snooki says in the beginning of the video about the Hudson Valley is known for UFO sightings. The Hudson Valley is home to Pine Bush, New York which is also known to some as the Area 51 of the east coast. That should be enough to confirm Snooki's claim, but there are other pieces of evidence that support her statement. Did you know that a documentary was released in 2021 about the over 3,000 "extraterrestrial encounters over the last decade" in the region? It's called Alien Invasion: Hudson Valley. 3 extraterrestrial experts came to town to investigate serval UFO and alien claims. From a personal standpoint, I've never had an alien or UFO encounter, but I did catch this strange disk-like object flying around in Wappingers Falls. What do you think it is?

Most Recent Hudson Valley UFO Sightings, 2026

Every once in a while, we'll take a look at the National UFO Reporting Center Online Database and see what kind of reports come in across the state.

We focused in on the Hudson Valley and saw a report from the New Windsor area on May 19th, 2026.

In the statement from the New Windsor resident said the sun was setting and the sky was starting to darken, but it was still light outside. That's when they saw "a green flash" out of the corner of their eye.

They write:

Initially, I thought it might be a meteor because the green was so sudden and bright. I turned my head left to look at the sky and there I saw a green, orb-like object in the clouds.

The account goes on to say there wasn't an exact shape, circular but not perfect and there was a haze around the object, but it was solid in color.

According to the statement the object changed shape, continued to glow and move, then disappeared.

Have you seen a UFO in the Hudson Valley? We would love to hear your story! Feel free to share it with us through the stations mobile app.

Did a White Plains Researcher Get Too Close to the Truth About UFOs?

Leon Davidson of White Plains, NY, had a résumé packed with top-level science work — from IBM and Union Carbide to atomic research and sci-fi writing. But when he turned his focus to UFOs, what followed was a strange paper trail that linked him to the CIA, classified communications, and government efforts to shut him down. The story you're about to see reveals what those efforts looked like — and why they may have gone to such great lengths.
