"Jersey Boys" is a record-setter for the Stanley Theater in Utica.

John Fehlner, the Executive Director of Broadway Utica, says the production has become the highest revenue-generating show in the 87 year history of the theater

Meanwhile, the Stanley Theater's continued growth is fueling the local economy.

Officials say the Stanley's estimated economic impact for the 2015-16 season exceeds $12 million, a 10% increase from the previous year.

This year, the Theater expects to draw over 80,000 people with an increased live entertainment slate as well as its hosting of tech shows and regional dance competitions.
