Jim Zecca Running For Utica City Comptroller

Utica Councilman-at-large Jim Zecca is throwing his hat into the ring for Comptroller.

In a written statement he says he is running because he is "qualified, independent, and committed to the taxpayers of Utica."

Zecca says, through the magic of boldface type, that he will absolutely be an independent watchdog of the public's funds as comptroller.
