Knicks Snap Losing Streak With Win Over 76ers
Carmelo Anthony led the way with 29 points and Amar'e Stoudemire added 22 to help the Knicks snap a four game losing streak with a 99-93 win over the 76ers at Madison Square Garden.
Tyson Chandler had just five points but contributed a dozen rebounds. J.R. Smith and Raymond Felton each scored 14.
Philadelphia had five scorers in double figures, led by 30 from Jrud Holiday. Evan Turned scored 21, Thaddeus Young had 11 points and ten boards, and Spencer Hawes and Lavoy Allen each had ten points.
The Knicks (33-20) will host Golden State on Wednesday night.
