A Verona man who's charged with shooting and killing a horse in the Town of Kirkland and setting his father's house in Verona on fire has been arrested again.

42-year old Robert Webster, Junior is facing charges including criminal impersonation, criminal trespass and unlawful fleeing of a police officer following an incident at the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities facility in Verona.

State Police say Webster allegedly went into the state facility and said he was the FBI and was looking for a woman for an investigation.

Webster is also facing 22 vehicle and traffic violations, including speeding and reckless driving, after leading Troopers on a short chase.

He's also accused of disrupting a religious service at St. Mary's of the Lake Parish on Route 13 in Verona Beach.  Police say Webster walked up to the altar during Sunday morning services, began yelling and threw a kneeler at the wall of the church.

Webster's being held in the Oneida County jail without bail.
