A suspect in a shooting that took place inside a convenience store in Utica has been found in Florida according to the U.S. Marshal's Task Force and Utica Police.

26-Year-old Vinson "Vinny" Wynne of St. Vincent Street in Utica was taken into custody after being located by the U.S. Marshal's Task Force in Ocala, Florida.

The charges stem from an argument that took place on March 11, 2015 when an innocent bystander was shot at the UT Convenience Store located on South Street in Utica.  Two arrests in the case were made soon after the initial incident.

Wynne waived extradition at a hearing on April 15, 2015 and will be brought back to Utica to face felony charges of reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.

In 2011 Wynne was arrested in Georgia on shooting-related charges in Utica.
