Marcy Inmate Charged After Homemade Weapon Found

An inmate at Marcy Correctional Facility is facing additional charges after State Police say they found a homemade weapon while frisking him.

Kenyan Sultan, 18, was arrested after an edged weapon was allegedly found on him during a search.

Sultan is charged with Promoting Prison Contraband and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, both felonies.
