Marcy Man Accused of Stealing Tools from Runnings in Rome

A Marcy man stands accused of stealing several tools from Runnings in Rome. He's now facing a felony charge of Grand Larceny.

Marshall Urgan, 42, was arrested and issued an appearance ticket, according to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office. Deputies say the stolen items totaled more than $1,000 earlier this month.

He's due in Rome City Court at a later date.
