Marcy Man Charged With Manufacturing Meth

A Marcy man has been arrested for allegedly manufacturing methamphetamine in Rome.

34-year old Kenneth Powell is charged with one count of manufacturing meth.

Rome Police were called to the Madison Plaza Apartments parking lot to investigate suspicious activity.

Police say they found Powell in possession of at least one active meth lab and several precursors used in the manufacture of methamphetamine.
