Utica, NY (WIBX) - Mayor David Roefaro is announcing the 4th of July Parade to take place Monday at 6pm.

The parade will begin at Our Lady of Lourdes Church on Genesee Street and make its way north to the Recreation Center on the Parkway.

Meanwhile, a celebration with food and a live DJ will be at Proctor Park on Rutger Street from 4-7pm.

Meanwhile, the bands DVD and Classified will be playing at the park starting at 7pm to lead the night into the fireworks display at dusk (approximately 9:45).

Rain date for the parade will follow.
