Munnsville Man Facing Rape And Sex Abuse Charges

State Police arrested a Munnsville man on rape and sex abuse charges after a 14-year old girl with a developmental disability was found to be pregnant.

44-year old Glynn Collins is charged with two counts of rape, two counts of criminal sexual act, sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

Police were notified by medical staff at Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton that the girl was brought to their facility for a sore throat and flu-like symptoms

They say following an interview and a physical exam of the victim, it was determined that the girl was pregnant.

Collins was arraigned in the town of Stockbridge Court and is being held in the Madison County Correctional facility on $5,000 dollars bail.
