The 4th grade class at E.R. Hughes Elementary School has again donated nearly two dozen hand-made blankets to the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.

The blankets were made by the children in teacher Meggan Alt’s class as part of an annual project that they started last year.

The blankets will be used at the Child Advocacy Center for the children they work with in an effort to assist them as they receive services.

The Sheriff’s Office presented an Appreciation Plaque to the children for making such a positive contribution to those in need in our community.
