New York State Intelligence Summit In Cooperstown

The 6th annual New York State Intelligence Summit is taking place today in Cooperstown.

The summit brings together more than 240 leaders from federal, state and local law enforcement and homeland security agencies from the United States and Canada.

The event provides an opportunity to learn about new strategies, technologies and available resources.

Some of the topics to be covered include cyber threats, major crime trends and counter-terrorism programs.

It will also focus on the Heroin epidemic.

New York State Police and the New York State Division of Homeland Security are hosting the summit.
